Black & White Peplum
I've always loved peplum tops and dresses. But, I've never found one that I can pull off. As you know, my style's very neutral, a little edgy and not super girly (sometimes I wish I could rock pink florals because I totally love girly style, but when I try it on I just don't think it fits). Most of the peplums I've found in the past just didn't work for me so I was thrilled when I found THIS PEPLUM TOP from Madewell.
First of all, it's black... (my favorite "color" HA!) it has a subtle peplum, super fun eyelet detailing and I love the fit! I thought it would be such a fun summer top. Here I paired is with my favorite white jeans (HERE), dressed it up with some black pumps and a military style jacket. This summer I'm going to pair it with my favorite vintage levi distressed denim shorts, espadilles (like these) and a messy top knot for a more casual, every day look! Shop the look below!
