Playful Purples!
Ok gals, I'm taking a break from Holiday looks to address and get a jump start on a fashion resolution that I've expressed to you before. That resolution is, adding a bit more color to my wardrobe! 2017 is going to be that year for me! But, I decided to get a jump start with two pieces that I am absolutely in love with!
First of all, let's talk about this unreal hat! (Notice, I went with a lavender to step out of my colorless box) It's from a local Chicago line called, Loveknitz! Each hat is 100% cashmere (so soft you'll want to sleep in it) The part I like best? These big fur poms are interchangeable so you can totally customize your hat! Here, I put on two poms but you can also do just one (like THIS) or you can wear it as a basic beanie (like THIS) you can also switch out the poms for a totally different look! How fun!!! Ok ok... Now let's move on to THIS VEST. There's not much to tell here except this faux fur vest is SO cozy, so soft and $40!!!!!! Plus, it makes me feel like a marshmallow so it's really just a win win situation. I loved how the grey/purple color really played up the hat and even though this look isn't super bright, it feels like the perfect way to introduce color into my wardrobe and a perfect way to lead up to 2017!
To accessorize, I layered up some new jewelry from my line, Just The 2 Of Us.
