Those White Walls x Madewell Event

On Thursday, I hosted my first event as a blogger. Madewell had approached me a while back about doing so and of course, I was thrilled and said yes! But, I was a little nervous to say the least. Guests were invited to shop, sip champagne, enjoy some macarons and a discount!
When 6pm Thursday rolled around, people started trickling into the store, by 6:30 the store was packed. I was, and still am, so flattered and joyfully overwhelmed by all of the support that my friends, family and readers showed that evening. With the help of a bunch of lovely women (and a few men) we finished every single bottle of champagne and managed to shop so much that there was a line all night for the dressing rooms and lines the whole night at all three registers!
I can't even begin to thank you all for your support leading up to and at this event. It turned out better than I could have imaged. Don't get me wrong, I love fashion, but the people are what make this whole blogging thing worth it. Thank you to Madewell for hosting a great event and to all of you beautiful people who support me and this blog every day. Couldn't do it without YOU!
